The warranty does not cover leakage. The flower pot is suitable for outdoor use only.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a drainage hole in the flower pot.
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black flower pots lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore color, which can be purchased in the accessories section.

Important – regarding quality:
Due to the handmade nature and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo flower pots), the pots may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the pot’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The pots do not have a perfect surface; minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
