Due to hand production and demanding handling (especially applicable to medium and large jumbo pots), the pots may have scuffs, small or medium scratches. This is a normal feature of the pot’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The surface of the pots is not perfectly smooth; small color deviations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
