- For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the pot for water drainage.
- This type of planter has a raised rim moulded into the underside to replace the feet, so there is no need to purchase or otherwise add a drainage increase.
- Black coloured planters lose their black colour over time. The manufacturer recommends painting the pots 2 to 4 times a year with a special oil to maintain and renew the colour, which can be purchased in the accessories section.
