Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially applies to medium and large jumbo flower pots), the pots may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the pot’s quality and is not considered a defect. The pots are not perfectly finished on the surface; slight color deviations or occasional shading differences are not grounds for complaint.

- Black flower pots lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color; this oil can be purchased in the accessories section.
