The warranty does not cover leakage. The planter is intended exclusively for outdoor use.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a drainage hole in the planter.
For better drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black planters lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends coating the planter 2-4 times a year with a special oil to maintain and restore the color, available for purchase in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a common part of the planter's quality and does not constitute a defect. The planters are not perfect on the surface; minor color deviations or different shades in places are not grounds for complaint.
