The warranty does not cover leakage. The planter is suitable exclusively for outdoor use.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter for water drainage.
For better drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black planters lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying special oil 2 to 4 times a year to maintain and restore the color, available in the accessories section.

- For more details and recommendations on proper use / planting of the flower pot both indoors and outdoors, see HERE.

Important - re. quality:
Due to handcrafting and demanding handling (applies especially to medium and large jumbo planters), the planters may have scuffs and small or moderate scratches. This is a common part of the product’s quality and not a defect. The planters are not perfectly finished on the surface, small color variations or occasional color shades are not grounds for complaint.
