Due to hand production and the demanding handling process (especially for medium and large jumbo flowerpots), pots may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a standard part of the flowerpot’s quality and not a defect. The pots are not perfectly smooth; minor color deviations or occasional different shades are not grounds for a complaint.

- For outdoor use, you must drill a hole in the flowerpot; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the cover (use a plastic liner – for most pots available for purchase).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- Black flowerpots lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2–4 times a year to maintain and restore the color—available in the accessories section.
