Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially applies to medium and large jumbo planters), the pots may have scuffs, minor or moderate scratches. This is a normal part of the flower pot's quality and is not a defect. The pots are not surface-perfect; slight color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.

- For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the pot. For indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – most pots can be purchased with a liner).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- Black pots lose their original color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2x-4x per year to maintain and restore color, which can be purchased in the accessories section.
