For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant the plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – available for most planters).
For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
Black planters will lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends coating the planters 2-4 times a year with a special oil for maintaining and restoring the color, which can be purchased in the accessories section.

Important – regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially applies to medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have scuffs, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and not a defect. The planters are not surface-perfect, minor color deviations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
