Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), the pots may have marks, small or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the flowerpot’s quality and is not a defect. The surface of the planters is not perfect, and small color deviations or occasional different shades are not grounds for a complaint.

- For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the container (use a plastic liner – for most planters, it can be purchased separately).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support legs.
- Black-colored flowerpots lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2–4 times a year to maintain and restore the color; this oil can be purchased in the accessories section.
